Payment

I am currently only accepting payment in the form of Pay Pal. When you use my shopping cart, have finished shopping and completed your order, you will automatically be directed to Pay Pal's secure payment site. Orders paid by  Paypal e-check will not be shipped until the funds are deposited in my account. This may take an additional 7-10 days.

Shipping

 $3.85 for shipping and handling to US.

I offer free shipping on all orders over $250.00.

Please email me for a quote for shipping to addresses outside the continental United States.

Typical turnaround time is 24-48 hours.

I do accept custom orders based on limited availability. If you would like to order a custom piece, please do not use the shopping cart or checkout feature on this website. After I receive your email including order information, I will process your request and send you an email estimating the final price and instructions for deposit and payment  information. A non-refundable deposit is required to cover material and labor. Personalized pieces take approximately 7-10 days to create. If a custom order requires a component that I don't normally stock, I will let you know upfront if any additional time is required.

Returns

I will accept returns only if the item is damaged or I have made an error. In the case of damage or error, you must contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item by you to arrange for return.

Upon my receipt of your return, the item will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
